Summary: The Tentrr site at Grand Isle State Park is located on the beautiful beach ridge created by the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The park is an amazing launching point for deep-sea fishing adventures, or for surf casters fishing for speckled trout or Redfish! It is an excellent destination for swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf, and is home to many varieties of birds who call the lagoons and the Gulf shores their home. Grand Isle State Park is perfect for crabbing, hiking, sunning and boating as well - so enjoy the beautiful surroundings during the day, and cozy up in your Tentrr tent for a nice, peaceful night! The State Park does have Showers and restrooms as well ;) This campsite is equipped with a pre-set sturdy canvas tent on it's own wooden deck platform. The tent is furnished with a queen-size memory foam mattress, side tables, and a propane tent heater. A picnic table, fire pit with a grill, a solar shower, and portable camp loo are also provided, and campers are able to use the park's restroom (Showers and Bathrooms) facilities as well. There is an additional pop up tent provided for extra guests, but you will have to bring your own air mattresses/sleeping pads for this tent. Any extras purchased with your host is non-refundable. Beautiful view of Caminada Pass, Grand Isle and the bay. Lighted fishing pier and fish cleaning station located on site. There is a shared boat launch right next to this rental. Please do not block the boat launch. Please note we do not have control over the actual water depth at the time of your stay. WIFI included!!! Summary: The Tentrr site at Grand Isle State Park is located on a gorgeous lagoon created by the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Home to many varieties of birds who call the lagoons and the Gulf shores their home. This campsite will offer the privacy your looking for to enjoy the out doors, but also gives you gulf shore access less then a few minutes away for surf casters fishing for speckled trout or Redfish! It is an excellent destination for kayaking/Canoeing in the warm lagoons or minutes to the Gulf, Grand Isle State Park is perfect for crabbing, hiking, sunning and boating as well - so enjoy the beautiful surroundings during the day, and cozy up in your Tentrr tent for a nice peaceful night! This campsite is equipped with a pre-set sturdy canvas tent on it's own wooden deck platform. The tent is furnished with a queen-size memory foam mattress, side tables, and a propane tent heater. A picnic table, fire pit with a grill, a solar shower, and portable camp loo are also provided, and campers are able to use the park's restroom (Showers and Bathrooms) facilities as well. There is an additional pop up tent provided for extra guests, but you will have to bring your own air mattresses/sleeping pads for this tent. Any extras purchased with your host is non-refundable. The Space: Furnished lagoon-front campsite in Grand Isle State Park Other Things to Note: Be sure to bring your own food, firewood and bedding. There is no electricity available at your Tentrr site. Anything you pack in, you must pack out. This is "leave no trace" camping. All trash MUST be deposited in a designated receptacle at the end of your stay.
